We are a young and fast-growing company that provides full technical and consulting services of Salesforce marketing cloud, including implementation, marketing strategy and data-driven insights.

 

We have already taken over the Israeli market by storm (more than 70%), and now we're growing, innovating and improving in a dynamic business environment with plenty of international growth opportunities. Therefore we are in the midst of increasing our European and Israeli teams!

About the role

As a Solution Architect at WEKU Solutions, you will be in charge of bringing Salesforce project implementations to life by working directly with our clients. You should be an expert at understanding customer business processes and requirements to build solutions using your deep knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers' business, functional, and technological requirements.

• Deliver solutions for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform to meet business requirements.

• Contribute to every phase of the project lifecycle, including ramp up, build, testing, deployment and support.

• Collaborate with members of the pre-sale team to understand customer's requirements and specific needs based on demonstrations and conversations.

• Assist the team members on Salesforce best practices, consulting, and configuration.

 

Who are you?

You're the best of both worlds - excited about marketing technology and you have the ability to manage client-facing processes. You find answers to unasked questions, untangle business requirements and turn them into elegant solutions. You are in charge of understanding the client's needs, translating those needs into actions, creating blueprints and building the solution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience

• A degree in Information System or related fields

• Experience in client-facing roles

• Familiarity with data architecture

• Email marketing experience (advantage)

• Familiarity with SQL and API (advantage)

• Fluent in English both verbal and written 

• Creative thinking in finding solutions for complex requirements
