Position Summary:
Weku Marketing Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Client Lead, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our client base.
A Client Lead in WEKU plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients. The role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for understanding their unique needs and translating them into actionable project plans. A Client Lead is the bridge between the WEKU teams and the client, coordinating communication, managing expectations, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. The Client Lead is tasked with fostering strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding services, and resolving any issues that may arise. In this dynamic and challenging environment, the Client Lead serves as the linchpin for successful, collaborative, and productive relationships between the agency and its corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:

Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their goals and needs.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to clients.
Account Management:

Develop and implement account plans to achieve client objectives and key performance indicators.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure they align with client expectations.

Collaborate with the internal team to deliver high-quality service.

Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and execution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools, including effective collaboration with technical teams.
Client Satisfaction:

Gather feedback from clients to measure satisfaction and improve services accordingly.

Solve project/service bottlenecks in the delivery process from both business and operational perspectives.

Address any issues or challenges that may arise, striving to maintain positive client relationships.
Business Development and Reporting:

Identify new business opportunities (upsell/crosell) within existing clients and explore potential expansion.

Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, revenue, and key metrics.
Ideal Candidate has:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in client relationship management or account management in the marketing or advertising industry.

Proven experience in a client-facing role within the IT industry, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Results-driven and goal-oriented.
-
Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles is a plus.

Experience in Digital marketing is preferred.

Exposure to technical integration and/or strong technical integration expertise required

Agency experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality client services through the application of industry best practices.
