Senior digital project manager - team lead

As Weku Solutions continue to grow, We are looking for a senior project manager for our cloud solutions services (salesforce) and will be the team leader of our Solutions Architects team.

 

Job Requirements:
 

  • 4+ years work experience as a Project Manager - client-facing  

  • Experience with delivering online applications at the service agency side.

  • Experience with complex technical online solutions and processes.

  • Have been involved in organisational changes or digital acceleration projects in the last two years;

  • Understand the technique elements behind the online solutions 

  • Speak the language of Designers and Developers.

  • Experience in working Agile/SCRUM and know when NOT to use this method.

  • Experience with working as a Product Owner.

  • Awesome planner and organiser skills + result oriented

 

Advantages:

Experience with any of the following tools:
 

  • Salesforce sales/service cloud

  • Salesforce marketing cloud/Marketing automation tool

  • Datorama/BI tool

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take a lead part in global digital projects with cloud tooling in different companies sectors

  • Manage a team of solutions architects

  • Manage and Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks

  • Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training

  • Set goals and career paths for team members

  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance

  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company methodologies and performance goals

  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations

  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadline directly to company’s CEO

  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

  • Managing resources within the company projects

  • Master our cloud solutions products with high technical level
