About the role

  • Create a network with investors and other business partners to generate new leads

  • Perform market research in order to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities

  • Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients

  • Provide training and mentoring to members of the company

  • Travel to destinations to best facilitate transactions or training (Post Covid-19)

Key Responsibilities

  • Work tightly with our CEO

  • Identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales

  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop Weku Solutions' unique selling propositions and differentiators

  • Partnering closely with Account Executives to identify and source a net of new pipelines that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment

  • Discovering the customers '/ prospects' business initiatives and acting as the Weku solutions advocate

  • Establishing a creative point of view on how to help qualify customers' needs.

  • Speaking to value and return on investment vs. technical functionality

  • Building credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders

  • Learning how to anticipate and prepare for objections

  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing organization.

  • Managing a high volume of accounts with a strategy on prioritization of your accounts and time

  • Researching and understanding various lines of business and personas

Experience

  • Minimum 2-5 years of extensive technology sales B2B experience in Software or Business Applications (Preferably in the marketing automation industry)

  • Start-up or Scale-up work experience is nice to have.

  • Documented track record of consistent overachievement or quota and revenue goals in software/technology sales

  • Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement

  • Strong proven track records of building inbound and outbound sales processes

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree

  • Must be fluent in Dutch & English

  • Willingness to Travel
